DNA Trike Conversion Question about Bolt or Stud?

I have seen several discussions related to using a DNA rear axle.

I saw posted this part number being discused

napa 641-3132

when I pull this part number it comes back as [COLOR=#333333][FONT=Aileron]M12-1.5 Wheel Bolt - 17mm Hex, 29.5mm Length

A wheel stud is a pressed in lug bolt

So the axel uses studs not bolts?
