no tank lift

These?
Here is a link to the correct instructions for "No Tank Lift"
If you still cant figure it out, I would call them Monday. I just ordered a pair myself. I installed the 1.5" deluxe tank lift & it did wonders for my cooling + it shows off the engine & makes it easier to get to clean that chrome.

I plan on angling mine up as much as possible to direct max air flow to the engine, keeping in mind the clearance requirements.

It is trial and error:p
Was thinking of a box fan 6’ in front of the tri along with a evap smoke machine in front of the fan
well i put them on during the week.and went for a ride today i was hoping it would stop some of the helmet buffering.
It didn't.

This is on a trip, but, the angle should be so air is moved to the engine.
thanks..a picture is worth 1000 words

They did not work for me.
I recently installed a pair & got a test ride in today. I didn't get to test for improved cooling, but it definitely helped with buffeting, though I did not have a big problem with that as my 20" HD windshield does an impressive job of redirecting airflow.
I got a 90 mile ride in today, 30 of it at 70mph & buffeting was definitely improved.
I open my shield at that speed & my helmet was not moving at all.
As for motor temps, it's definitely improved my cooling, as it was 88° & higher humidity today & I pulled off the highway & idled for about 90 seconds & EITMS would always immediately kick on in the past & today I was sitting 20-30 seconds before it came on & that happen several times today.
I have them adjusted at about a 45° angle in relation to the ground.
