[/COLOR][/I][COLOR=#333333]As much as I wish that was the case too, those oil companies that own that oil will likely sell it to the highest bidder, and that probably won't be anyone in the US.
Having put 15 years in an oil refinery making gasoline, Jet A, diesel, fuel oil, asphalt, propane and butane (everything but lube oil) with this much oil at hand our gasoline price SHOULD be around 80 cents a gallon. And don't get me started on diesel, it's much easier to make than gasoline!

Oil is a commodity.....And as such with Gold /Silver /Copper, And Pork Belly's the World Markets determines the price.......Rhetorical question....If you owned a refinery would you sell your product to the lowest bidder...
