I know that on the original GW that the brakes are linked. I have an 08 RS conversion. Can you tell me if they are still linked or is it front brakes one lever and the back totally separate on the foot lever only??

I have an 08 with a 2012 RS conversion also, and I have been told they were not linked on that year of Kit. Newer ones may be linked. Not sure. Good question. I will also be waiting for an answer.
Prior to the spring of 2016, all Roadsmith GL1800 trike conversions had unlinked brakes. Meaning the front lever controlled the front brakes only, and the foot pedal controlled the rear brakes. During the winter of 2015, we decided to look at the linked brake system again (as we always reserve the right to improve ourselves) and came up with a way to keep a portion of the linked system. So any trike built spring of 2016 and later should have the modified-linked brakes.
Thanks! Jim
