Ridley Anyone?
Anyone with a Ridley Trike?
Short Background ... My wife fell in love with riding two up on my (HD) bikes so I purchased an "Ice Bear" trike scooter for her.
The first summer she rode it around town and liked it except for the lack of power.
That winter I built the engine with a big bore and stroker crank with intake and carb upgrades. She was happy for one summer around town. Thing will do about 50mph but it's still just a scooter.
For Xmas this year I purchased a 2008 Ridley Trike for her which we are waiting for shipment from PA to WI.
I think I have everything figured for it ... Just wondering if there are any Autoglide owners out there that can give me any heads up regarding use, maint, etc.
Thanks in advance

The only thing I know about them is that around 2010 they went bankrupt mostly due to a lawsuit for a very expensive copyright infringement from Harley Davidson..🤔…

Yes, I am aware of the History ... sad to say that deep pockets and expensive attorneys can run almost anyone out of business.
So be it ... it's the reality of business most anywhere.
I am just looking for first hand advice.
Not many of these critters available any more.
Most out there are conversions and were not built as a trike.
Owners must be keeping them.
I am looking forward to the journey.

I may have found a light at the end of the tunnel on Ridley parts http://www.route66ridleymotorcycles.com/

Thanks for the link.
I have already purchased clutch parts and belts from them in anticipation of future maintenance.
Now if the snow storms will let up so she can be delivered ....

I have all the parts and can't wait for it to arrive so I can start working on it.
When complete it will have a bat wing fairing, lowers and passing lights as well as many other goodies.
I think I will miss my co-pilot on the tri glide but she deserves to experience the fun of triking.

Finally got Her Done !!!
I have finally completed the Ridley project and she is awesome.
Used a Memphis shades bat wing with Indian chieftain lowers.
Had to rebuild carb, service transmission, flush brakes, super bright lights all around among other goodies including a handlebar switch for the garage door opener.
The rear white wall tires came from Calli tire in Sacramento California after a long wait.
The Mrs loves it ...
