My just-purchased Tramp wobbles significantly up to around 25. Maybe I have some as you do, around 40- if so, it is too minor to recall after putting in 550 miles yesterday. I soon discovered the wobble doesn’t have much practical impact: the machine is a beast to steer at any speed. The wobble is absent across most of the speed range, with only a slight shimmy at the very high end, surface dependent.

If your going to keep it sounds like a rake kit would be very beneficial. Check with CUT N SHOOT see forum ads Randy will advise if there is one for your trike available.
I appreciate the words- but Cut-N-Shoot no longer supports the C50.

You could try these dealers they used to sell Lehman and they still service them. Randys used to sell the Suzukis so I would try him first. Niehaus mostly did Hondas and sadly they got a lot of Lehman parts from Jim before he passed. But you never know until you ask. Sad part is 2 out of the 3 Lehman installers I knew have passed on since I bought my trike almost 15 years ago.
