I hope the 114's don't have any oil migration issues. I used to use different lubricants in different holes. I know that is how a buddy first taught me on my 2009 Ultra. Continued that with my WG I think, but when I got a 13 Ultra I started using Syn-3 in everything and didn't notice any difference in shifting or what the fluids looked like when I changed them. It is certainly easier and cleaner to use the same in all three holes and I have continued to do so.

So this service was done on the 10th. With everything going on there was no way I could have rode back down there to talk with management, so I posted a review on Yelp a couple days later.
A person from Six Bends with a title of Customer Experience Manager responded to the review and asked me to contact her so they could address the issue. I called her and left a message. She called me back the next day and didn't have a clue who I was or what I was talking about. So I went through my story. Said she would check into it and get right back to me.
As Customer Experience Manager she must be extremely busy because 3 days later I haven't heard a word.

They have ZERO customer service, and they are a joke.
Today while working inside my trailer I got a call from Black Wolf Harley (Bristol) who sold me my 19. It was the young salesman who we dealt with and he just wanted to ask me how many miles I had racked up and to wish us Happy Holidays. He knows we may or may not be back in that area again but he still wanted to touch base with us. Now that is customer service.
