Finally bought one!
Been reading a lot on here for quite awhile. Bought a 2016 Tri Glide with 11,000 miles. Love it. I have been riding Harley dressers since 1979. Question is, the brake pedal. Has anyone tried a lowered/extended pedal. It is kind of a problem getting my big foot on the pedal with my bad knee and hip. Any suggestions would be great
Tahnks,
Greg

Greg, welcome aboard from Texas. I don't have big feet, but I do really enjoy my floorboard extensions.

I went with the Kuryakyn Girder Extended Brake Pedal. Love it -- I don't have to lift my knee to my chin to step on the brake pedal.

Welcome from South Jersey and enjoy your ride.

Hi Greg, welcome to the forums. I had the extended lever on my '15 from one of our sponsors, DK Customs. My boots are a size 12 so it was a big help.

That is for without lowers. Does a 16 have wet heads?

Yes it does, hopefully previous owner had an updated water pump installed.

Congrats on your ride. Wishing you many miles of smiles!
Yes, an extended and lowered brake pedal is Much more comfortable and gives you better control. See one the one I use at this LINK.
It's one of those Little Things That Make a Difference...below is a video on a two wheeler, but the principle is the same on the Trike.
