Any PA trikers on here?
Are there any PA trikers on here? We are from the Chambersburg, PA area. Mercersburg actually (~25 miles SW of Chambersburg). Would like to meet with a few area trikers to get to know and maybe do a ride to eat. Only one other of my riding friends is on three.

Pa. Trikers
I own a place in Mill Creek, Huntingdon Co. Pa. I will be in Florida until Mid May. Except the first 2 weeks of December for the Pa. Deer Season. I have hunted in your area several times. I will be riding Pa this summer. Good luck. Be safe and enjoy the ride. Larry

Good luck and be safe hunting deer this year. Give me a holler sometime you are going to in the area riding and maybe we can get together for a ride and a bite to eat somewhere.

Hey, from south central Pa, down by the Md line.

Awesome. Where abouts? We are just South of Mercersburg heading to Whitetail Ski Resort about 5 miles from the Mason-Dixon line.
BTW... nice Indian trike!

Thanks, *we r below York, down along the Maryland line there. I think we were over your way a couple of weeks ago, they had a Charity ride, Scotty's ride that we rode in. Beautiful area. Stooped at the Mountain top inn, I think it's called.

Yup, the Mountain House on top of the mountain on Rt. 30... local biker hangout. They hangglide off the mountain right next to the parking lot, too.
We get down to the Gettysburg/New Oxford/Hanover area alot riding but usually not as far as York. And down through Emmitsburg/Thurmont/Frederick areas in MD.

Sounds awesome! We will have to do that! We were out on our trike for about an 90 mile ride today with friends on their trike and a couple friends on two wheels for a ride and eat. Couldn't pass up a nice day to ride. Maybe one of the last this year.

I had a 99 Valk trike. Loved it. Beautiful. I thought that I was the only one in th area that had one. Unfortunately, I traded it in and triked an Indian. (I had a pipe dream that no one would buy it and I would buy it back. :) ). Was only at the shop one month before someone bought it, crushed my dream. Enjoy the extended riding season.

been looking at buying an indian with a roadsmith kit on it. but 48 grand. wow.
thing of it is I could buy the indian at cost because the company I work for we have the Polaris and indian dealership in state college . then I'd buy the kit and install it myself. but I'd still probably be looking at low 40's.
I do all my own work so as long as I can still get parts for the one I have i'll keep running it.
I need to replace the radiator pods on mine because of cracking but at 500 buck for 2 pieces of plastic I think i'll patch them this winter. you do have a beautiful indian trike there.
I think we need to come up with a date next summer for us all to get togather at a convenient place for everyone
lets say a meet in the middle ride just to get to know each other.

That sounds like a plan all! Something to look forward to!
BTW 3W-lonerider, were you in Chambersburg on your Valkyrie trike late Saturday afternoon? I was sitting at the light on Rt. 30 at Walker Rd on my trike with a friend on his Triumph Thunderbird and had a Valkyrie trike the same color as your Avatar pass by in the right turn lane and turn onto Walker Rd. If that was you it is shame we didn't get a chance to stop and meet then.

Then you must know Rusty Palmer And Baer, Over in Honesdale...
I go there quite often, Kicking tires and spending too much money..
-
Yes I do. Got a rear tire replaced on my FLH at Bears on a Saturday. Now that's a nice dealership. I will look you up in the spring when we open the trailer for the summer in lords valley.

Sure he is welcome on two wheels. That is what our trikes started out as and what we rode before going the trike route. Most of my riding group is still on two wheels... My wife is looking forward to all us getting together. She rides as my passenger... hasn't got interested in riding herself as of yet.

Hello Thor! I am 25 miles SW of Chambersburg in Franklin County in Mercerburg near Whitetail Ski Resort. Sittin' here looking at 28 degrees on the thermometer wondering when Spring will really be here... LOL
We got our CSC trike built after a motorcycle accident last year. It was built on our 2012 Kawasaki 1700 Nomad. Got rearended as I was turning right.
We are enjoying riding on three now. Took a bit to adjust to after riding on two for so long. Got a matching trailer to haul the wife's extras when we travel.

The Gap Mini Mart? That works...
Do we have any idea if anyone else is showing?

at this point I have no idea. it would be nice to get a consensus on how many were going to expect so we can get there early and get a table set up for the group.

Working on getting one of the new TT members, Pappymartz to ride up with us. He is one of my riding crew and rides a Freewheeler he bought last summer.

Talked to Robley (Pappymartz). He is in for the meet and greet ride.
Some of our two wheeled friends might ride along too.
