Does anyone have info on the max towing capacity and max tongue weight for the Hannigan kit on a 2012 level III? Looking into camping trailer options and the lightest I've seen in a non tent trailer option is around 650-700 lbs.

It will tow it. Stopping it on a steep grade or at high way speed would scare me. I pull 500 lb with out a problem. I even pulled this 18 miles home.saw a deal on the side of the road I could not pass up.

Tongue weight on a 500 pound trailer should be around 50 pounds. That is a lot of weight. The gas mileage is going to drop.
That is a lot of abuse and not very safe.:AGGHH:
Although the Wing would probably pull it, I think that much weight and wind resistance is asking for trouble both from a safety and mechanical point of view. I wouldn't do it.
+1 What John sez. Stopping especially in an emergency could be a real problem. RIDE SAFE
This has nothing to do with a trike or a Hannigan but it is fun to watch. And it's a GL 1500.

In the Raodsmith user manual it states that the trike can handle up to 50lbs tongue weight with up to 500 lbs cargo and trailer.
In Japan they use goldwings for wreckers for cars you know.
