Good news arrived today
It's been 3 years almost to the month that I applied for my PCT patent. Well just today I received notice that the patent is approved and will be issued in the next 30 days. We go from patent pending worldwide to full Utility. It was quite a process but it feels pretty good right now.

Congratulations.
Yes, quite a process and quite expensive as I once found out.............. I heard
in the late 1800's a senator introduced a bill to do away with the patent office because......."everything to be invented has already been invented".

Unless patent law has changed in recent years there is one aspect no one talks about. That is the fact that if people infringe on your patent you are required to defend your patent or lose it.
Big companies will use this to bankrupt small business owners so they can purchase patent for next to nothing and then do what they want. It takes a lot of time and money to defend patents in court so I hope your product is one that sails forward smoothly and earns you the money you hope for.

Best wishes with your product.
