I'm shocked that this surprises you ... kind of like Americans should be made to pay reparations for slavery, ya know, hold the children accountable for the sins of the father, but, Daca children are not held responsible for the sins of their fathers ... Hmmm ...

And... I think some of the “doctors” bought themselves a certificate out also.. I have run across a couple that had no idea of medicine. But they were “practicing”.
