Alan I'm not sure what you are asking. Dealers here very greatly from the best to somewhat not caring. My experience is that most here do a good job and want your business.

We have only one Boom dealer over here and they are notoriously unhelpful and very expensive for parts. Its cheaper to get stuff from Germany. I was wondering what the dealer experience is like where you are.

they are unreachable.
i ride a UK registered Fighter and have had difficulties with the UK dealer (as I didn't buy it from them .. despite it originally being sold by them to first owner).
I buy parts from Abart Performance in Germany and they are very helpful. Volker is a star
Anyone upgraded a Boom sound system???? ... just wondering what the best option is as i cant hear sound well on motorways at 60mph. We travel mainland Europe every summer and would love to get it sorted in the next couple of months as we plan 2019's trip :)
