If you are referring to the serpentine belt tensioner, I don't recall anyone replacing it. I have 67K on mine and I just replaced my belt in December and the pulley looked fine. If your bearings are defective, it would probably be easier just to replace the tensioner assembly.

its for the serpentine belt but its not the tensioner its the one where the power steering pump would have been when the engines was used in the rangers

I have not seen that issue, sorry!!
I googled serpentine idler pulleys by dimension. First thing it brought up was a Dayco site. I don't know how to link so you're on your own there. But it has them listed size and part number.

first time i've heard of a problem , but they are getting older now 11 years thing do break down after 10 years.
