Truly a Black Friday
Today was the annual winterizing/storing of the Wing for the winter. Poured in the Sta-Bil and topped off the tank then took for a ride to get everything mixed up and through the system. Parked in the garage, plugged in the Battery Tender and covered, the Wing settled into a long winters nap. The Wing will sleep until late April or early May of next year. Always a sad day.

When I was younger I rode most of the year. However fifty years later at 71 my arthritis and probably more smarts I don't tend to ride unless I can wear a t-shirt.

the fact that so many bikes get stored every year for winter, is why i was not worried to have my bike on jacks for 16 months.
