Blondie, this site is growing everyday and it's hard to tell where everybody is from. But hang around and keep posting and I'll bet there will be some new riding buddies show up. Tell us about some good rides up that way that we might like. Sure is beautiful country around there... And stick us a photo or two if you get a chance.

Hey Blondie, you might want to do a search for the word "Virginia" in the "show posts" catagory. Look in User CP area top right. That might help you spot some VA riders.

I wish! The Florida panhandle is so hot and humid right now, I don't know what I wouldn't give to be somewhere with even a few degrees lower temps.

I'm originally from Miami so I feel your pain
I miss Fla. something awful!!!
But I have to admit, riding in the mountains during the fall around here *almost* makes living in the VA/DC area worth it.

Guess there's not a lot of N.VA riders out there
So far I've only had two replies to the posting from folks in N.VA
Tis a shame - I've put 2500 miles on my baby in the last 4 weeks pretty much all by my lonesome. But a ride is a ride - however it's always more enjoyable with company
