2006 Harley Davidson Dyna Super Glide with Lehman Renegade - Head shake

Will a steering damper help eliminate low speed head shake on my 2006 Harley Davidson Dyna Super Glide with a Lehman Renegade conversion? If so, where would I find the correct damper kit? Thanks for your help.

First welcome aboard.

Yes a damper MIGHT help, but being that you ride a conversion I would suggest that you check the steering head bearing tightness first. The bearing should be tighter then what is recommended for the bike when it was 2 wheels. The front trees/tire should not have more than one swing thru on the tightness test. Also does your conversion have a raked triple tree? If not it might be something to look into. This web sites owner sells triple trees at about the best price you can get them at.
