Just talked to BuggiePilot. He said he's still interested, just hasn't had a chance to check out his place yet (Stafford Springs CT area) because he's been so busy. He said things are calming down and he has a couple of thoughts, and he'll get back to me soon.

If not, Road Dog has expressed a possibility of a cookout at his place (Palmer Mass area, a little north of Stafford Springs), as long as there's less than 30 people.

So hopefully, we'll be able to nail down a location within the next few weeks, so people can firm up their plans.

OH! He also said that, right now anyway, he's planning on Americade, just that he'll be on 2 wheels instead of 3.

Sounds good to me. We should be back up and running by then . Americade is officially off for us , I cancelled the place we stay at and they returned the deposit. Never can tell I might make breakfast, if I can weasel my way into an overnight on Fri.

Looking into shirts. I think I need permission to use the logo. Best $ I got was $12 each. If I can get them done for 8 or less and we get the permission , we will have NETT Rally 3 shirts. I am figuring on about 15 shirts. I can maybe Handle that.also want to do grab bags and trophies .

They are holding a block of 18 rooms for us until July 27, then they release the hold. The rate is usually $89 plus tax, our rate is $85 (plus $9.95 tax brings the total to $94.95). Make sure to tell them you're with the TrikeTalk group when you book!

- 99% of rooms have fridges and microwaves - make sure you let them know if you need one of those.
- They have 6 smoking rooms - 4 with 2 beds, 2 with 1 King bed.
- Free Continental breakfast
- Free Wifi
- I told them several members NEED first floor accomadations - be sure to specify if that's you!
- I requested the block be fairly close together to allow socializing after riding/dining.

Jonesy - if you booked through the hotel itself, they will give you the TrikeTalk rate. If you booked through a 3rd party (Travelocity etc), they can't transfer it.

Darker or Royal Blue would get my vote. I'm a dirty, dirty boy and can't keep light shirts clean!

I would like a bright color. Dark yellow ( gold ) bright blue, maroon( dark red ) , purple, charcoal gray, something in green or Orange ( tangerine )

Judging by the color votes, it looks like tie dye is the way to go.
