Tentative Rally Schedule of Activities
As some of you know, a tentative rally schedule has been posted on the rally website. This will at least give a general idea of what organized events are planned for the members so you can plan your other personal 'runs' around it.
We anticipate that the final schedule will be determined as we get closer to June.
This year, we added another 'get together' night for all, to give members more time to interact and spend time with everybody. This is planned for Friday night, after everyone's had their dinner.
To keep it lively, we thought of including some light entertainment so we can enjoy and appreciate some of our members' native talents. We had consulted with Meredog, who plays wonderful music with strings, to participate in this event. We are encouraging any member who are interested and willing to jam to let us know so we can coordinate it. Music is a universal language and there is a special way it brings people together. Playing music together is such a collaboration - it's fun! It can be any musical instrument, light and not overwhelming, or even just plain vocals. Time to showcase that talent!
Any suggestions or volunteers for this event will be greatly appreciated.
