Hello from Houston, Towpac Yamaha Trike

Hi, I have a yamaha 1100 vstar custom tow-pac trike, had bike for 3 yrs and due to back issues, put a tow-pac insta trike on it. Got to get use to space between bike and trike wheels. So ordered a big cargo box with wrap-a-round rider rest and 11 inch hard saddle bags and change out my leather bags, hoping to give the bike some bulk look in the back.<br />

Does anyone else have a towpac on their bike? and don't like the empty "training wheel" look? and have done anything to change the look as I'm trying? Going to DL my bike pics, how it looks NOW and when add my cargo box and bags, see if it helps. But I do like the tow-pac! Smooth riding!

Hey LouLou! Welcome to TrikeTalk. As Blondie Gal said, TOI is also good to be a part of. The forum will get you acquainted with many others on trikes, but TOI is the easiest way to meet them in person and ride with them! Unless, of course, you are able to come to the rally in June..... Talk with Blondie about that, as she is able to give you tons of information about the trip there and back and about the rally itself. We sure would love to have you join us there.

welcome , glad to see another 1100 owner.i have voyager kit on mine and the silverado bags. put a trunk on it from jc whitney and lastly added the bat wing fairing from dennis kirk.

Hi LouLou, welcome to Trike Talk. I have a couple friends that ride Shadows with Tow Pac kits on them, but haven't tried to add anything in that space. In their case a little extra gas would be useful. I am anxious to see what it looks like after your changes.
