Hello Everyone,
Does anyone use a clear type of protective film for the rear fenders of the trike? If so, what type is it and where did you get it? Seems my rear fenders are taking a beating and I'm looking to protect them some sort of film.

Went with the film from Harley. It does protect, but it scuffs really bad. Can't get the marks off. Put the Harley fender bras on now.

The 3 m film is used by many members. If you search the topic it has been discussed in depth.

Bandit, I had the clear 3M protectant on the Fat Boy fenders for 6 years, and it worked perfectly! I guess the new owner still has it on . I'll be having it put onto the new trike's fenders too, but waiting for the paint to cure first.
Go to any place that installs window tint, and they can do it for you. I use Ziebart here in Dayton, but others will do it too.

I use the 3M film also and I am very happy with it.
Have had my 3M film on my trike since 2008. It helps keep the debris thrown up from the front tire from damaging the paint
