running boards

Has anyone installed the running boards from Lehman(the FXG) or from CSC after you bought your trike.Do they match colors well ? Or are there other options other than those 2 out there?

I got the Lehmans, I ordered them through my Harley dealership, they asked for year of bike and serial number to be sure the color matched, my color was Sunglo and they did use different batches of paint and could trace the correct color by checking the serial numbr and it did, perfect match and they look great, keeps road dirt and rain from splashing up on my feet and legs and I have no complaints...

I have the running boards, but they have never been installed. The paint match looks perfect.

I don't know that you'll be able to get anything from Lehman at this time as their doors are closed. I know Motor Trike also carries a full line of accessories for the Tri-Glide as well.. From what I know, the running boards they offer are structural also so you can use them as a step also.

I have the Lehman's running boards and like them alot. What I like about them is they give me another place for my feet amoung other options while running down the road. The color match is good. I also think it's going to be hard to get the Lehman running board any more, but Motortrike do have them for the TG. Here is a picture of my trike with the running boards.

Thank You, I'm enjoying it, I have no complants at all. From what I know Lehman closed their doors after the owner died and are looking for a buyer at this time.
