dennis's wind deflector's use in90* weather?

anyone use dennis's wind deflectors in 90* weather? how was your oil temp's?
your input is appreciated i have them & am going on a trip tomorrow & just wonder if i should remove them, which i don't mind doing but don't want to do it on-the road-side.
 
I did 3 data runs @ 90+ deg. Oil temps were around 230-240. Of course oil temps were about 285-300 with the stock tune, zero deflectors and a few stop lights. I use them to prevent high frequency buffeting, so I really never worried too much about oil temps. I've used fork mounted deflectors on 2 triglides, a Triumph Rocket III, and a SE Road King with no problems. Have fun on your trip!
