TT Rally V -- Schedule
NOTE: A social tent will be set up in the lawn area near the swimming pool behind the Best Western, and we encourage you to gather there at any time to relax and visit with old and new friends. We very much appreciate the motel management for providing this convenience to our group at their own expense! We have also rented 250 chairs that will be kept in the tent area for our comfort throughout the rally.

Skuuter's organized day-long ride (everyone is welcome)
- Meet in front of BW @ 8:30 a.m. with full gas tanks for staging and instructions
- Ride pulls out @ 9:00 sharp

Free day: No official rally events scheduled for those who are not going with the ride. Time to hang out, sight-see, shop, ride, visit restaurants or any suggested area attraction.
7 p.m. AFTER DINNER MEET & GREET SOCIAL
- Location: Tent near the swimming pool
- Unstructured social time for our forum family and friends
- Non-alcoholic beverages will be available at a small fee to cover the cost. Because the motel is not licensed, we cannot provide alcohol for sale, but BYOB will be accommodated.
- We are hoping some of our talented members come prepared to share their music with us… or comedy… or ???

OFFICIAL TRIKETALK DISCOUNT DAY AT WHEELS THROUGH TIME
- Any member identified with the TrikeTalk Rally will receive discounted admission. Dale, Matt, and their staff ALWAYS give us the best time and the warmest welcome to their amazing motorcycle museum! In fact, we consider them part of our TrikeTalk family.
- We encourage you to wear your Rally ID Badge to help identify you to the museum staff.
- Museum hours are 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Ladies Ride led by TNTriker
- Meet in front of BW @ 10 a.m. with full gas tanks for staging and instructions
- Ride is 113 miles, about 2-1/2 hours including lunch

4:30 p.m. OFFICIAL GROUP PHOTO
- Please gather in the motel parking lot BY 4:30 p.m. so the picture can be set up and taken before the picnic begins
- A specific location and instructions will be determined and announced at the Meet & Greet on Friday night.
- It would be great for everyone to wear their rally t-shirt in the picture! If you didn’t order one, perhaps a TrikeTalk shirt or another dark shirt to match (rally shirts are navy blue, TT shirts are either black or charcoal gray).
5:30 p.m. CATERED COOKOUT AND PICNIC
- Location: At the social tent behind the Best Western
- ALL MEALS MUST BE PRE-PAID. Print and bring your meal vouchers that were emailed to you at the time of purchase; they should be presented at this time.
Saturday night is always the time to hang out, share trike tales, laugh, bond, reminisce, and think about the following year's rally.

OlBandit's organized ride (everyone welcome)
- Ride will pull out of the parking lot at 9 a.m.
- Arrive by 8:45 a.m. with full tank for staging and instructions
- Route: BRP to 19 through Bryson City, 28 South to Highlands, NC, 64 East to Brevard, Lunch at the “Hawg Wild Barbecue”, Rt. 276 to 19 and back to Maggie Valley. Total about 165 miles.
Departure day for most (lots of hugging around this time).
