New guy here see if any good ideals. We have a 98SE with an 08 Hannigan kit like it real well. Would like to push more air off fenders so as to keep it from rowing up on our backs.Already have mirror wings and upper side Baker wings. Thanks and have a great day.Jerry
PS. Last day of work after 46 years,us and the wing will be hard to find.

On our '95SE Motor Trike we have the hand wings under the mirrors and the side wings at the edge of the fairing. We had the 3-piece wings, a small top one, a long middle one and another small one on the bottom. The small one on the bottom got in the way of the highway boards, and was never opened as it directes air from the fan vent onto my legs. Took the small lower wings off, leaving the small upper and the long one, and Gloria says there was no difference in airflow for her in the back. I get less air on my back when she is back there, and when I ride alone the air is cut if I spread out my knees, but still get air up the fenders. I go with the attitude that it's a motorcycle, air will flow and it is just the nature of the beast.
Don't know if you can get them for the Hannigan, but I would be curious to hear from anyone with the running boards, aqua shields, whatever they are called, if they cut down on some of the wind.

Get the Baker Large Trike Leg Wings . There are to kinds, for Trikes(large) and for 2 Wheels(smaller)
They fit on the front lower engine guards.
Work well and also will help in keeping bugs and stones off of your fenders
Welcome from southeastern Wisconsin. I was wondering the same thing, because Sue (my wife) has mentioned getting blasted from behind. (sounds kinky) We do have the usual 2 sets of air wings and aqua boards. Might need to add something else.
Kuryakyn has this rear windshield for the GL1800 that goes just behind the passanger that is supposed to cut the wind collapsing onto the passenger. I don't think there is one for the 1500, but just about anything is adaptable.
Gloria thought it looked weird when she saw one in person. She said she'd rather put on gear rather than see that shield.

If you have a wind shield that is vented try opening it up a little this will help break the vacum that ocurs around the bike when going down the road.
