Opened up 2 other bikes to day , around 9,000 and 12,000 miles, both with stock clutch setup, Found no crud build up behind either clutch spring, were both basically clean. So I have to assume all the stuff, (metal dust,) in the TG was from the VPC

Mr wizard or VT, I just bought a clutch wiz, and am reading about the aim. Will it work with the clutch wiz., or is the clutch wiz part of the mod? Thanks...

ultra boy, I have a 2007 flhtc , converted to trike with a stock 96" motor. just had my clutch replaced at HD dealer about a month ago. I am not sure what they installed but it seems to be working fine but I would like to be sure down the road that it will not slip or worse. I am planning on changing my tranny sprocket to a 30 tooth and I am not sure that will make a difference as to which vpc I should install. please advise and I will order one from you guys right away.. thanks a lot Dan
Switch your spring to the 480 lb AIM and Clutchwiz cheaper and have a much easier clutch pull. You can read more about the Clutchwiz here if oyu haven't already.

msocko3, if I just replace the spring for now would that prevent any chances of clutch slipping until I can get back home to Fl. in about 6 weeks from now? I just had a clutch replaced by a HD dealer in Pa. but I do not know if it was a heavier clutch than stock or what and also don't know what size spring they put in, I do know they replaced it with a Harley clutch. I don't have any problems with it now and it seems fine but I like the idea of no slippage or burning out another clutch while I ride it up here in Pa. in the mountains. what do you think?

I didn't understand how you put 20% pressure on clutch in traffic, anyway most of us face this problem but i didn't find any solution for this slipping.
Here is the fix.
