I do appreciate the offer Jeff but I've found the know how and parts to build my own over here. So if someone there needs them no problem here.
I come across a biker site this morning that explains the how too's and found the parts I need in Toronto. So next week I should be making more than I'll need. LOL..

Here is another LED idea it uses the rear 'Stop & Brake' but I think it could be adopted to run the front signal lights as well, 'Run & Turn"..

Today I even ordered one more , the shipping is more
then the part tho.
I used one for the trunk side lights and the last two I am using for my lowers to blink /run and brake

Jeff, You're almost done now. Now you need a PA system that verbally warns traffic that you are turning or braking. Oh, and a backup warning beeper.
