brake proportioning valve

which one is the best or i should say easy to install, on my new trike it has a single disk brake on the front wheel and when they made the trike they just put a T in the brake line and ran one line to the rear wheels and one to the front.
this could cause the front to lock up and skid when braking to hard correct?

You use the word could. Does it? If not then don't worry about it. If it does then you will need one.

You can get an adjustable proportioning valve. This is copped from JEGS website. Hope it helps. "With an adjustable proportioning valve, you can slow down the pressure rise that occurs when you apply the brakes. Under braking, most vehicles transfer more weight to the front wheels. When this happens, the rear wheels lose some weight and can lock up if the pressure is too great too quickly in the braking process. Eventually full pressure is applied to the rear brakes through the proportioning valve."
