Thinking of changing cam, considering woods222.
I see fuelmoto has a kit including cams and big bore kit up to 107.
As mine is currently 103 is ther any advantage to the 107???

The 107 is going to have a little more compression and make a little more power and torque vs the 107. If your just sticking with stock heads I'd say you might see around 5 hp and maybe a touch more torque vs sticking with the 103. The 222 cams have been getting some pretty favorable reviews, it looks like it would be a pretty decent cam.

If you have a stock 103 the 107 ugrade makes a considerable difference along with the B head job , Dont know about the 222 tho. I use the 555

Sorry guys, didn't mean to upset you.
I have a 2012 tri glide stage 1 power commander 5 v&h powr dials.
Wanting some low end torque
Any other questions
I think a tranny sprocket change would help you out if your not looking for a rocket ship??
You can always change a cam at a later date..
No one is upset, we just poke at each other once in awhile.the extra info sure helps tho.
You could try just the "B" head job and cam. Lots of dyno sheets with comparisons on the Fuelmoto Site.
As for the sprocket change that was suggested your '12TG already has the 30tooth primary pulley.

Port work is always a good bang for the buck, to me money well spent. I'm thinking 107 with port work and the 222 cams he would have a pretty good combination to put a grin on his face. Exhaust also plays a big roll on how much power and torque a build will make. I don't know how loud it is but the Kuryakyn Crusher Dual Exhaust with power cell seems to be making somewhat of a splash. I saw some numbers of a true dual vs a the Crusher dual on a 120, the crusher made a huge improvment in both power and torque.

My Indy is recomending a Tman Torqster 555 cam
Any thoughts?
He is major name in the Harley drag bike circuit, so I respect his opinion.
Just wondered of anyone has any experience with this cam.
Thnks

OP if you do the 107" be sure to post results, I'm thinking about having Fuel Moto do that kit on my Tri-glide...
The head work with the right cam, exh and tuner will make a big difference. The heads is where they restrict your power.
By the way mike hows your dad? Didn't know he had knee problems, hope he's doing ok. I haven't been on here for awhile. Hope you both are doing good. I'm retired now so maybe I can talk Dennis into taking a ride with me to see you and your dad. Hey I thought about buying that 103 from the guy that had it for sale on here awhile back for a spare. Never know what my motor is going to do. Take care. Jim

I know the guy who has the 103, he only lives a few miles from me, its a nice low mileage engine. I'm itching to hear that 120R in his trike when spring comes. Like Icebite said, my parents are going to be paying him a visit this summer, I'll be stuck at home cutting his grass.
As for his knees, he is a whole lot better than he was a few months ago. But like my brother says, he walks slow and falls over when someone bumps into him.
