I have no personal experience. Some years back there was a guy on another board who was pretty unhappy when a decent wind blew the barn over and messed up his bike, the manufacturer wasn't interested in helping him out.
Anyone have any experience with a bike barn? Basically a
waterproof canvas tent that folds over your bike like an
accordian...I don't know if I trust their website testimonials..

Red Ultra Powered By Head-Quarters 120, Easy Clutch Pull By ClutchWIZ. 2012 GL1800 Hannigan. I've yet to ride a stock Harley which wasn't in need of a mechanical intervention.
It snows pretty deep in Troy Ny. For summer use ( if in an area protected by strong wind ) in the Winter I would guess NO!
When I am gona fix something I will fix it. You don't have to bug me every 6 months.

Tractor Supply has barn type thing with metal supports, with stretch over tarp type material. At $200, not as bad looking rig. I have no idea how this thing would perform in a hefty wind.
I bought a bike barn and like it very much. The secret is to make sure it is tied down. We had snow, high wind with no effect, of course I have it next to my house so it does get some protection. Directions on how to install are the typical ( "what, which piece goes where????) but it can be done.
I've actually used one for a couple of years. I've had decent luck with it. My only issue is trying to keep it anchored down to the asphalt driveway. The hardware they send to do that is not adequate. I haven't found the right size anchors yet. It has definitely tried to shift but it hasn't flown away so far.........fingers crossed!!
