I like the idea of coating the Aqua Shields, Wing Boards or what ever your running boards are called with a product such as LINE-X!

Not only for the protection it provides, but in my opinion it looks great as well!

This might be a small project for me as well in the future, We'll see,,,.

The plus side of using bed liner on you running boards is:
1- no worry about scratching the paint
2- while riding you can use your bed lined running boards as a foot rest and not worry about scratching, chipping the paint
As you can see in brothers last post (SEABILL) his foot is resting flat on the running board and legs are more straight up and down (he looks more relaxed), plus he can now put his foot on the sides of the running boards which will extends his comfort level and riding time.
