I am trying to find out if any NH riders would be interested in taking rides this spring and summer.
We would meeting someplace for breakfast then head out throughtout the state or states for a senic ride.
I am not excluding two wheelers if they would like to joins us for the ride. I know many of us trikers have friends who we ride with, that only ride on two.
If any other state riders would like to join us, you are more than welcome.
So, let me know if you are interested and maybe we will be able to get something started.

Good luck.I wish we could more of this kind of TOI stuff going.RIDE SAFE

Lucky, contact your TOI rep in the area and see what he/she has to say. I am sure if there enough interest they would put on rides. Hey, take a trip and ride with us, just let me know when you will be coming!
My brother-in-law, his wife, Janice and I normally go for rides just about every weekend. From 2 to 8 hours is a norm for us. So, I would like to see if anyone else would like to join us.
I am not an early morning rider like some I know, so we would be going to breakfast at about 10AM or so. Some people I know are out of the house by 6 AM, not I!

Well, Lucky, I guess I am like you, didn't get a single chime from any folks wanting to ride in NH this spring or summer. I guess we will just be taking the trike out with my brother-in-law and go riding. Like I said, you are more than welcome to come to NH and see the sights! It's pretty, and at 20' of water you can see the fish you are trying to catch, if you are a fisherman.
The invitation is open to anyone heading to NH this summer, give me a chime and we will make sure you see our great state from seacoast to the mountains.

See you soon!

Rosy, I am new at riding trikes but once I get more used to it I would like to meet up with you all and go riding. I don't have my trike yet, but should be done by May 1st. I live about 30 minutes away from you all. My wife is from Dover and I used to work in Dover and now I am in Barrington at Turbocam. Ride safe.

Do you know Garry Allard at Turbocam? If you do, tell him Rosy said Hi, and watch his face when you tell him. Did you go to the Dover Christmas Parade, well my trike was in it, leading the Dover Elks along with Garry walking behind the trike holding a banner.
Yes, let me know when you purchase a trike and we will ride. What are you looking to purchase, Honda, Hardley, or another brand of trike?
Don't forget to post pictures on TT.com, of your "new" ride when you get it.
See you soon.

Hi Rosy, yes I know Garry Allard. We work in the same mill dept. just different shifts. He works days and I work the evening shift. We started there at Turbocam about the same time in 97'. I just ordered the trike kit for my new leftover 12' Gold Wing and the dealer is projection some where mid April to first of May. I am looking forward to getting this trike so I can start enjoying the ride. Where is the NE rally going to be at anyway? Ride safe everyone. Russ

Yama-dude,
Let me know when you get your trike and if you need me to come over and give you some hints, let me know. I will be more than glad to help a fellow rider.
John gave you the information on the rally this August, so if you think you would like to go let me know, but I am sure we will be see each other before then.
Who will be putting your ride together?
See you soon.

American Trikes and Motorsports of Keene will be doing the conversion. Have not got a delievery date yet. The G.W. is bought and they will go pick it up from the other dealer here in a few weeks out of winter storage. I did not want to ride it home with crap that is on the roads. ATM will build the trike, I will go to a demo ride on it just to make sure nothing is wrong, pay for it and they will deliever it to my home. Hopefully no later than May 1st is what I would like it to be but who knows. Thanks Rosy for the thoughtful suggestion of helping out. I will keep that in mind. I just want winter to be over and get the roads cleared off.

I even have a snowmobile but this year I want to go triking.

What trike kit are you putting on? I have a Hannigan and love it. Been to VA twice with it on 12 hour rides one way, to see relatives down there.
I am sure what ever kit you have chosen it will be great.
Remember no riding on salty roads, you may rust your frame because road salt is very difficult to get off when under the trike.
Good luck and we will see you this spring.

</div>Too Late... <img src="images/smilies/laugh.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Laugh" class="inlineimg" /> Stuck a hose under there and washed it as best I could. It's a tradeoff. If trike sits, there may be engine issues, and if you ride then there may be body issues. Riding is good for my soul. <img src="images/smilies/trike 1 smilie.gif" border="0" alt="" title="Trike1" class="inlineimg" />

Yeah Leo, but I bet your roads are not white with salt like ours are in NH and by the way, you had much more rain than we have had, so that washes a lot of salt off the roads, true?!
I know what you are saying about riding, but up here it is called cabin fever and we know how to deal with it. Go in the cellar and tinker with the trike. Put a little paint here and there and make it look pretty, not the same, but when snow is up to the cellar door, not much you can do.
That's why I said you were lucky with the flowers and all that. I remember when I was working in TN and in February the flowers would be showing and we still would have about 2' of snow on the ground!

Rosy, We did have a lot of rain, and the roads were mostly dry when I rode. Our trike was pretty clean when I got home, except for muddy tires. I gave it a good washing anyway, not taking chances. We've had rain for the last couple weeks, and a lot more coming. Our evenings are also getting brighter, so it feels like spring here. Thankfully, we are getting a break after hurricanes Irene and Sandy. We are due.

Spring is around the corner... Rides ,I hope will be plentiful. The stuff they put on the roads pre storm is wicked. The trucking company's have protested it, they say it chews up the underside of the truck 5 times faster than Salt. Things they repaired / replaced every 2 or 3 years are now rusting in 6 months to a year. Just read that this week in the paper.
