I have a feeling that those wheelie bars on the ass end are an extremely good idea.
Was at a V-8 motorcycle event in Miami OK a few years ago. One of the folks there had a Boss Hoss '57 Chevy trike and was trying to do wheelies. There is so much weight on the front with that Big Block and so little in the back he couldn't quite get the wheel off the ground. Not to say a Boss Hoss trike couldn't do it, just the one I saw didn't. I notice the rollers on that wheelie bar look pretty pristine.
