Running boards....

Well, new to me anyways.

While at the HD dealer I looked at a 2013 Tri Glide Ann. issue. I noticed it had color matching running boards on it? The sales guy said that Lehman made them and the dealer put them on. $1400.oo.
I'm not interested in them but thought Lehman and Harley didn't talk anymore on the new ones?

Lehman and Motor Trike have both been making them for about a year or longer for the TG. I had looked at them but just couldn't justify the price. Actually the $1400. sounds like a fairly good price as I was told they would be around $1500 just to be color match painted plus installation.

Lehman makes them as an after market add on, there is no HD part number for them.

I got them last year and love the way they look...........Harley Dealership ordered them for me from Lehmans and provided the info so they could match the color to my 2009 Sunglo Red Tri-Glide, had a friend install them and I am very happy with them.

Yea that sunglo cost extra too...I should know as my 2010 triGlide is SUNGLO red. I just have not installed my boards yet until I get things done to the bike and the oil leaks..
