Just picked up my new XDS 45. Hope to test fire it soon, but raining at this time. Heard and read a lot of good reviews on the gun.
Hope to use as a carry gun when and if Illinois ever gets concealed carry.

I've been carrying mine now for about 6 months.
Love it, love it, love it.
I've been carrying mine since January and also love it.

Red Ultra Powered By Head-Quarters 120, Easy Clutch Pull By ClutchWIZ. 2012 GL1800 Hannigan. I've yet to ride a stock Harley which wasn't in need of a mechanical intervention.
Owned & Carried an XDs since December. Huge Fan.
The Lower Weight JHP (ie. Hornady 185-200 gr XTP) rounds seem to be better suited than the 230 FMJ for this weapon-IMO.
Multi-tasks well as both a CCW & Lrg Caliber Home/Sidearm PPW.
Zero complaints.
Congrats & Enjoy!
Just saw this thread and looked up the XDS 45 info on the web. I've been toying with getting a carry piece and this just might fit the bill. Always preferred a .45 over a 9mm, but the .45's were always too large and heavy to conceal carry. Thanks for the tip!
Been thinkin about an XDS45 for a while....but I really like my S&W 40.
XDS 9 mm now available!
