Yesterday was the first time since last September that I have ridden my trike. I had really bad carpal tunnel problems in both hands and in September I had surgery on my right hand. Six weeks ago I had surgery to correct my left hand. Now I can ride without my hands going numb or hurting me like crazy. It felt soooooo good to be able to feel the wind in my face and I didn't even seem to mind a few bugs in my teecth.....I learned that we should ride like today will be our last ride....tomorrow is not promised to us.
Vietnam Veteran and extremely proud of it.....I am no hero BUT I have walked among heroes.
I find that when I ride, I'm much more appreciative of all of life, and how lucky I am to be able to experience it in such a wonderful manner. It's one of the things which attract me to riding so much, and spills over to every day life, enrichening everyday things and adding meaning. I'm glad you are get back to riding. Enjoy!

Welcome back, Jack. I hope things go smoothly for you.
Congrats on getting back to riding, I'm still waiting to be able to get mine out and start riding. Blew my knee out the day before Thanksgiving and had 2 back surgeries in 11 days at the end of March. I think I will go to look about getting mine out, the brother in law owes me a favor......
Glad to hear your knees are in the wind again
