Lehman lug nuts

My Lehman owner's manual says that the lug nuts should be tightened after the first 25 miles. There is a cover over the lug nuts, that looks as though it would be easily marred. I don't see how to remove this cover, nor do I see anything on the Lehman site that tells me how to remove it. My guess is that it screws on, but I'm not sure. Can anyone help?

On my lehman the cover has two allen head bolts that come out to remove the cover. If yours doesn't have any fasteners it must be a tist off cover.

My Lehman has a wrench tool that looks like a tool to remove oil filters. It is the kind that fits on the end of a filter.

</div>I received two plastic tools that look like tire irons. I guess they are to remove this cover but I don't see any way to use them to do so. I have tried turning it, even tapped it lightly with a rubber mallet, but no luck. I think it does screw on, but I'm afraid of really screwing it up, so I thought I'd see what y'all think. I've got to stop by the dealer tomorrow and I'll see what they say.

</div>Looks to me like it pops off like a hubcap, and snaps back on...if one of the tools is like a wide screwdriver, I am bettin it's the one! Gently try to wegde it in and apply some leverage...put a blanket on the floor so f it jumps off hard you don't scratch it.

</div>I just looked at it again, and don't see any way to hook either of the plastic tools behind it to pop it off. Felt all around the back as well and didn't find a notch or indentation.<br />

I was hoping that a Lehman owner might be able to tell me. Perhaps I need to post this on the HD forum as well.
