Where is a good place to sell a Stallion? And to determine value? Nada has no info on value. Would a car dealer maybe take a Stallion on trade? I havent asked yet, just exploring options.

I would talk to Bazooka, he sells Stallions and might be able to give U some kind of resale value..
Do U just not like ur 2009???
Would a car dealer take it, maybe but u would not get anywhere near what it is worth...
Also talk to some members on the board who own them and post it in the for sale section when U get a sale price..
Good luck...

Agree with katfish, also go to the nearest Stallion dealer and see if they might show it on consignment for you.

Might do that tomorrow. There is a dealer about 10 miles from home. However, I did not buy from them.

Bottom line, I just am not thrilled with the Stallion and its a big investment to leave set in garage. Guess I am spoiled by Honda, Toyota and Mazda quality and reliablity.

Sure the Stallion is unusual and gets lots of curous comments and questions, but. I did ride it 8200 miles in 4 months.

Stallions are still hard to come by, I would think a Stallion dealer should be able to hook you up with a sale in short order.

Local Stallion dealer not interested (does not do consignment sales).

He said sales of Stallion are slow and could not give me an estimated sales value.

So will keep it, unless a private party wants to pay a fair price for it.

Sales are Slow???

CMJ Motor-sports the SC dealer has sold 14 this year, 10 since I purchased mine, which was only 2 months ago. Maybe you talking to the wrong dealer. Of course Stallion is all they sell, and they do tons of shows.

They did tell me the banks were getting picky about who they loan to, and that a lot of sales had fallen through, but the cash deals were still happening.

I would imagine re sale would be like a car resale. so look at the blue book price on trade in value for a Ford Focus., or any car of $23,000 value and see what the price difference is. Maybe 4 or $5,000 Try Craigs list see if any are selling there . I know the gold wing trike only looses about $1,000 a year and then level off at about a $8,000 loss and have not see one, any year, lower than $15,000 in a loooooog time.
I have seen them going used for about $27-30k. They seem to be holding their value prety well.
