Not to belabour the oem reverse, just would prefer a mechanical version,

I have a Champion mechanical reverse, and am very happy with the unit. It performs flawlessly. Also, Baker makes a great reverse, you may want to look at that, too.

Thanks Rick, appreciate your recomendation . checked out both, seems to be whichever you prefer, so I'll hope someone with a Baker will respond as well.
Motor Trike sells one that looks like the Champion to me..But has a wireing harness..
The Baker reverse would require a reverse facing solenoid cover to work on a TRiglide due to the rear cylinder exhaust pipe . Im not sure but I think if I understand the website that cover is an additional charge.
There is another reverse gear setup made by AIM in California

I have a Champion reverse for 09-up touring bikes on my softail(for pipe clearance). It works great and is easy to install and use.

Thanks for the help! While decision is not made, I am leaning to the Champion due to the exhaust issues.
