When changing plugs should you use anti seize on the threads and how often do you changes them? Is there a cross reference for the stock plug? 1800
Thanks
Just changed the sparking plugs on my daughter's Nissan Sentra yesterday and the inner two of those suckers were a b*tch to get out. I didn't have any heat sink paste but you've got me thinking I should get some and re-install...

Don't use anything on the plugs. As far as frequency, it is up to you. I change every 30K and they come out looking as clean as when they went in. My tech said anything less than 30K is just a waste of good money. Wings are marvelous machines and need so little attention. Now oil is a different thing. I changed every 5,000. Once again, my tech said that is plenty soon.
