Sturgis All Trike Event

Hi everyone! Thanks for your interest and enthusiasm in the annual trike-only ride we'll be sponsoring in Sturgis this year, called the Trike Owners United Ride or T.O.U.R. Although all of the details aren't final, we do have some information that we can share.

The ride will begin in the historic town of Hill City, SD and registration will be from noon until 1:00 PM. You'll receive your t-shirt when you register along with a coupon book for some of the local restaurants and shops there. The actual ride will begin at 3:00 PM, last about an hour and a half and will end up with a police escort through the town of Sturgis and on out to the Russ Brown Event Center at the Buffalo Chip. The catered dinner will begin around 5:00 with entertainment from a live band and we will be giving away door prizes throughout the evening, including a Sturgis Guitar. We will also have free access to the motorcycle museum which is there on the property.

Overall, it should be a fantastic event and, as the name implies, it will "Unite Trike Owners" from all brands, styles, etc. Remember, if you're riding on Three, the Event will be FREE!!

Yes, I will be there this year too. I signed up for the TOUR, but do not know where everyone is meeting in Hill City. I guess I will find the start location with little trouble. I will be on a 2012 Champion Goldwing white trike. I am easy to spot with my wide-view mirrors mounted to my windshield.

The site in Hill City where one signs the waiver and picks up his/hers T-shirt, may or may not be where we meet to start the ride to the Buffalo Chip. I think as time gets closer to the event, Kirk Rush, from Roadsmith, will chime in again with further details. This issue is about the only thing left that needs clarification.

I talked to Roadsmith company today in Sturgis and they said that registration will be on Main Street in Hill City.
