Our TENNESSEE TOI CHAPTER RIDE last Saturday, was a lot of Fun with a "like usual", GREAT Bunch of Folks, including Tony T of IVE, and His "Lovely GPS" from Georgia...hey, what He referred to Her as all weekend.... This Group, along with Myself, really enjoys Scenic Roads and Food, so it makes it really easy for me to plan Routes...
We started out with a Breakfast at SAMPLES FAMILY RESTAURANT in Estill Springs (notice Mitzie's TRIKE TALK REUNION 6 Shirt...).....
At 9:00 AM it was time to saddle up and hit the Roads for my Newest 50 Mile "Box Ride"....148 Miles to lunch inside a 50 mile box....
First we took some Back Roads arriving in Lynchburg for a "Pee Break".....
Here's a Group Picture, minus "Me" (...if You don't recognize me by now, You need to visit TRIKE TALK.com more often...:laugh.....
...and Group Photos are much better without me...."TRUST ME"...
Next I took Them on what was the "Heart of the Route"...Lots of Lois/Raus/Lynchburg/Flintville/Lexie Crossroads Twisties using Roads with names like "Wet Prong", etc. After about 80+ miles of these, we took a second "Pee/Snack/Chat Break" at Woodards Grocery outside Lynchburg.....
There's that Great Looking TRIKE TALK.com T-Shirt again.....
Hope Ya'll have been posting to win a T-Shirt here...
Trike Talk/TOI Member Mrs.Hully is a "tad" taller than Mitzie.....
Well, off we went on more Back Roads, requiring "several" turn-offs just to get to the Great Twisty Ride up Monteagle Mountain (I just never have mastered riding direct to a destination...:xzqxz....we finally arrived at Our designated Lunch Spot, PAPA RON'S in Monteagle.....
Everyone seemed to enjoy the Route and the Food....Tony sure enjoyed seeing "CORN" along the way (I'll let Him elaborate...)...next morning, we ate Breakfast again at SAMPLES with Tony and His "GPS" (...guess He needs to elaborate again...:laugh before They headed off to Georgia......Next Month's TENNESSEE TOI CHAPTER RIDE is already "semi-posted" in the RALLIES and RIDES Section....It'll contain some of this Area's finest, most popular Roads....maybe a TRIKE TALK CELEBRITY GUEST(S) on this one, we'll see......Hope "YOU" can make the next one Folks...we'll try to make it enjoyable...if I don't, I know my GREAT GROUP can.....ThumbUp
