I would like to extend my toe shifter peg, double the length possibly. Does anyone have any ideas how or what I can do to do this? I've looked around and hardly anyone has what I'm looking for.

Their out there. You have to look around. I found one at a motorcycle repair shop in the next town over.
You can always "cut-weld-fabricate".....I've done this several times.....
..if it has WHEELS, I'm in...ThumbUp
"...double the length possibly."
Look at http://www.pingelonline.com ~ they have an extended shift peg.
I'd send you the link, but the site seems to be down at the moment.

I got both extended shifter and break pedals from Kuriatkyn (spelling, I know) Work very well with the floorboard extenders. About doubling the length, you realize you will also double the throw, the distance the end has to travel to shift the bike.

Why 3 wheels?
because 2 isn't enough and 4 is too many

The kuryakyn works well.
I just wanted the heel shifter to be a little longer so I went to the dealer and asked if I could just get the heel shifter and not the set(front and back). they said yes. I really really love the longer heel shifter. I put it on and adjusted it so it's just a little higher then the floorboard. Now I can bring my foot all the way back and just lift my heel about a 1/4" to shift. Really saves the the leather on my left boot. Doesn't hurt the Patent Leather's shine anymore.
A vendor on Ebay has these for under $25 bucks with free shipping - I like mine
