It is a Solex H 35 PDSI (T) carb. There isn't anything to hook the throttle cable to. Does anyone have a picture of what I'm looking for? Once I get the throttle issue solved I can do the wiring and fire this trike up.
memetriker,
have you been on theSamba.com site: TheSamba.com :: View topic - Solex H-35 PDSI -- Need help
maybe they can help you.
hello Memetriker,
maybe this picture and site can help you out.
SOLEX Vergaser 30/35 PDSI (T) - PS-Autoteile
greetings Chris
memetriker, I have called them in Germany, they told me that on the first picture, on the right side, you see a metal string, behind that is a screw, in the hole you can see you have to put the trhead, to get the carb working.
Hope this will help.
greetings
Chris
Thanks for the info, but I have decided to purchase a used 30/31 carb to run with my 009 dizzy. Unless someone tells me that setup won't work either
The Pict 30/31 will work fine, even with dual port heads, and will minimize the mid range flat spot associated with the 009 distributor. Unless you are critical of having the absolute most power available, you likely won't even notice the difference in that and the 34.
It is a SP1600 w/a swingaxle. Almost finished, most of the wiring went on today. Waiting on the carb.
