I had a total hip replacement on the left last Tuesday 8/20. Now it matches the one I have on the right.Surgery went well and I'm already getting rid of the walker.Don't know how long before I can ride again but I will be back. Ken

Ain't modern medicine GREAT Ken???!!! I had my right hip replaced six months ago. New one is SOOOOOOOOOOOO NICE. Took me a day to loose the walker and another week or so to loose the canes. I forgot what it felt like not to hurt when I walked.Originally Posted by sprt220

Congrats I had bilateral hip replacement surgery 14 years ago started riding a motorcycle 4 months later for the first time in my life. Love what they can do nowadays

OK, I'm jealous. You get a hip replaced and are on your feet in a few days. I'm going to have one scraped out and have to stay off my feet, and my scooters, for for weeks.
Speedy recovery. Don't push too fast, too hard.
