I'm wanting my trike to be loud, has anyone ever put cherry bombs on their VW trike? Or recommend an exhaust?

I run four separate straights with 2 inch ends, motorcycle drag pipe style.

Haven't had cherry bomb exhaust on a vehicle since a '65 Chevy van more than a dozen years ago. I'm sure my neighbors are glad its gone. My VW trike seems pretty loud with Stinger pipe going straight up at angle. I have a baffle I can shove in there if I decide to. I run duel carbs, so the 2 seperate pipes above probably wouldn't work. But they do look nice.
I think this will work.

I guess this is the only pic I have with the newer pipes. All the same just made of SS and added the fin rings to the flanges.
Geez man they still make them ?.. I had those on my 1968 Ford Torino. Neighbors were glad when we moved
I saw some at Autozone a few weeks ago. They did sound good!! LOL
DeathBySnuSnu, DANG!!! That sounds GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What size pipes and how long? Wow was amazed, thats what I'm looking for, but my motor is rear mounted.
Just to play devils advocate
Do they need to be that LOUD?
225 bucks to the judge and a moving violation
On my driving record isn't something I need
Look in my pics you will find how I have mine, when I got my new cage I had to do some modifying. I will put some mor pics up to show how I did it.

Well no. They don't need to be that loud. Just a preference. Have not ever had a problem with the police. At least two Harleys in the small group i get to ride with are louder.
37.5mm valve, 1.5" round port, 1.5" ss tubing head pipes, 2" by 12" long tail pipes. They are not headers, merged or tuned. Not even equal lengths. The shorter pipes have a star shaped baffle or restrictor to help even them out. The larger tails made it deeper sounding.
As far as I know equal lengths merged with a single megaphone is the best for performance. I personally don't like the sound of a megaphone outside of a race track application.
