Well I'm finally an official trike owner. For the gang that attended the NE rally, I was the lone Vulcan rider who did the ride on Saturday. After the ride my wife and I stopped down to the hotel and really wished we didn't have other commitments that day, we would have loved to spend more time with the group. We were welcomed with open arms, it was like being at our campground except no camp fire!!!

I had been looking for a trike and couldn't decide if I wanted to trike my Vulcan 900 or buy a trike already done. I ended up working with Jim from Kent Road Motorsports in West Cornwall, Ct. Jim was great to deal with and would recommend him any day. He hooked me up with a 97 Goldwing SE with a newer CSC kit that he installed and today was the big day.

I also owe thanks to John Luciano who I had e-mailed out of the blue before the rally to ask if I could join the group for the ride. Today John made the trip out to Kent Road Motorsports to assist with the pickup and said, "just follow me and do what I do". Thanks John for your time today and providing me with valuable instruction.

I hope I was a good student!!
Well got home and less then 5 minutes told the wife to grab her gear and lets go, spent a nice afternoon getting familiar with the new ride.

For anyone thinking about getting a trike, I say go for it. I should have done this before!!!!!
Congratulations on the new ride! She looks great!

Good move getting the new ride. Love the color - don't see too many green, especially in 2 tone. Also, good move "hooking up" with John - great guy! We look forward to checking the trike out, up close, at next years rally.
Until then, happy trails...

The trike looks great, and I know you and your wife are going to love the new riding style -- the stability and comfort is such a bonus! I love that you had the time at the rally to really see the way people ride and their trikes and all the various options, and I know John and great guys at Kent Rd. were a blessing in getting you up and running easily! Congratulations! :D

Congratulations on your new ride! I saw that trike on E-Bay. I knew that it would not last long with the low mileage and fine condition. I too know Jim and recommended a Wing rider to have his bike triked by Jim. He did and is very happy now. I am still trying to get where you guys are. lol! Have many safe rides and keep us posted on your happiness!
