Seems the unit to accept the bulb would have to be replaced and what about wattage? I'm not much help on this one, but those would be my questions.

Has anyone changed their rear Turn Signals from bulbs to LED on a Champion Trike? If so, how to, please. Thanks.

Whether you change front or rear one of the things you will have to change is your flashing unit. Without a digital flasher your LEDS will blink in rapid succession compared to your stock bulbs. The flasher unit is in the center of the fairing under your dash unit. Which turn signals are you looking to change, front or rear?
you can buy LED tri clusters that fit straight into a standard bulb socket, as mentioned above they probably will flash fast due to the decreased total load on the circuit. a standard bulb is about 21 W , a LED is about 1-3 W.. Placing a low ohm resistor in parallel will slow the flashing, but it will get hot needs to be about 50w.. so they will have to be mounted on a metal surface with a bit of air space. Also as mentioned above is the other option which is change the flasher unit. not sure of the cost of these devices, but its probably the better way to go for the home handyman if you are confident enough to have a go. third option, take it to a reputable auto electrics guy
The downside of using a resistor is you dont gain anything with an LED bulb. The voltage loss is such that you might as well stick with the stock bulb. On my trike I have LED stop /run bulbs,LED running/fog lights with HID headlights.
