Was the drive shaft serviced or worked on at this time? If not, I would suspect the tire or balance . The steering head brgs. should not have that effect.

Even a new tire can be bad.
Bike tires more so then autos.
Mirror buzz is not generally a steering stem issue.
When I have a new bike tire installed.
I have them crank up the tire machine to its max rpms.
The initial balancing rpms I feel is very slow.
I don't ride at 25 mph or less. So I don't expect my tire to be balanced at low speed usage.
You might have a tire that's a tad out of round or with internal belt issues.
In any event who ever sold you the tire should back it up if you request a replacement.

I first have the tire static balanced then machine.
If it rides well sometimes I leave it alone.
More times then not, I leave on the weights and add beads anyway.
This way I feel if it throws a weight. The beads will counter act that.
I use 3-4 ozs of Dyna beads in any given tire size as a minimum.
Ive not found 2 ozs to ever really be enough in even a normal bike front tire.

As for Centramatics. Im sure they work as to their expense. Ill stick to my beads.

So far my new MT driveshaft has been fine.
A dream compared to the way it was.

Seems to me if this problem started when the new tire was installed and the bearings were tightened the problem is in one of those two places.RIDE SAFE

from Wheels posted on another forum,,,

I might also suggst that you have someone check to make sure that the yoke and drive shaft are set up right. If they are "off" one tooth, that could cause a vibration. I would check to make sure that all 3 of your tires are balanced. That could be a cuase as well. Keep us posted, and good luck with getting it taken care of.
Now, Mister Jim will be the first to say he isn't an "Expert" but after having himself personally Owned and Operated a Motor Trike GL1800 Trike for over 150,000 miles,,,
He does actually know a couple things.
In that regard, he most definitely is NOT one of those "Experts" ...

Check to find out if the tire installer used any type of liquid lube(even plain water) to assist in getting the tire on the rim? If so, I suspect some amount got inside and may have caused some or all of the beads to clump together???????????????

I had that problem and the mirror was loose. You have to pull away the Rubber and then you can twist the mirror. There are 4 screws. Use a long screw driver. Even a 1/16 of a turn loose is enough to make them vibrate. Wings don't vibrate.

What does the front to rear yoke timing look like? Yes I know they are keyed so we can't change them. Remember the PM I sent you.....

I just got my new razor trike yesterday. The ride today revealed a similar vibration in mirrors and handle bars. Very annoying and very disappointing. What PM did you send to other guy? Might be helpful to me too. Will be calling dealer/installer tomorrow.

I had the problem until I replaced the REAR tires and balanced them. Checked the alignment of the rear wheels to each other and checked the alignment of the rear wheel height to make sure the front wheel was exactly verticle and made corresponding adjustments. Zero vibrations in mirrors now (as well as the handlebar grips). I have found the front wheel (and suspension) are contributors to mirror vibrations, however, don't ignor your rear tires/wheels. (My IRS trike kit has full caster and camber wheel adjustment capability which made alignment possible.) Good luck.
