Some folks get so upset when the discussions we have here take various turns. I guess I look at it as if we were all hanging out having a conversation. When you are involved is a real life discussion, doesn't it usually take twists and turns down various different avenues? Or is that just me and my ADD? Not trying to be controversial, just curious. Would love to hear some responses. Even if they take a turn onto a different subject.

I have no problem with the off tract only thing is sometimes a person asks a question about a tech thing and it gets in under a title on main forum and no one will ever know it is there unless they stumble on it. I would encourage people looking for an answer to a question to start a new thread.

What is the real secret to replacing a screen in a door?

Remove the window 1st. Also you need a special groove tool ( we have them at Lowe's right next to the new welting you will need ) and do only 3 side first and make the screen much bigger than the hole. Attach the top and only one side and pull towards the corner 2 people work best.

How bad is the scratch? Is it just paint trans. from the door to the fender If it is, try using soft scrub or BONami cleanser. if it is truly a scuff you can buff it out with white rubbing compound and water, an electric buffer with a wool pad. Go to Lowe's and ask for one. OR tell her she can pick a design of her choice to cover it and have a painter put it on .

We used to have this Shetland pony named Bob when I was a kid. My dad was a life of the party kinda guy and was hosting a BBQ for the neighborhood. With a crown-n-coke in one hand and a spatula in the other he hopped up on ole Bob, bareback, side-saddle style to take a ride.....and BAM!!!..Bob bolted and bounced him right off on his head..knocked the breath out of him and we thought it broke his neck. He was ok...Kinda embarrassing but pretty funny too.
